Marketing Consultant, December 2015 to December 2016
Hired and retained to consult on a variety of creative marketing and positioning problems, and to help the company grow. Contributed to a variety of projects in a very early-stage start-up environment with a young but functional product. Brainstorming, iterative prototyping, marketing positioning, branding, creative writing, copy editing, small team management.
Engineering Project Manager, February 2014 to October 2015
As project manager, I coordinated and led Humble Bundle's internal engineering team, which is responsible for a wide variety of tasks and projects; site performance, bundle creation, internal tooling, feature development, prototyping new experiments, analytics and metrics, accounting, data storage, bug fixing, etc.
Introduced a rotating live-ops support role, overhauled employee mentoring and performance evaluations, shipped countless features and major site releases, shifted from a single team structure to siloed specialized teams for company verticals, migrated from Pivotal Tracker to JIRA, instituted daily scrums and sprint cadence, and more.
Lead Producer, Producer, September 2011 to February 2014
Promoted to Lead Producer in October of 2012. Worked to establish and reinforce strong production methodology and principles, managed producers and production assistants, guided the direction of games, designed features, acted as liaison to external partners and mentor to team members, and oversaw production for the entire studio and all projects.
Promoted to Producer in February of 2011. Oversaw, coordinated, and delivered new features and fixes to an ongoing online game. Designed new features. Coordinated scheduling. Ensured project health and long-term viability. Liaison between studio and publisher.
Production Assistant, February 2011 to September 2011
Assisted with various elements of game design, including but not limited to: graphic design, development, balancing, copy editing, etc. Antmesh Games re-incorporated as Fifth Column Games in 2011.
